The # 1 reason people come to BANFF is for the networking and business opportunities. As a result, meeting space is at a premium. To assist our delegates in maximizing their opportunities while here, we offer two options for meeting space which can be reserved for the entire week.

Booth Space

For companies and organizations looking for display space, as well as their own private meeting space, a number of booths are available in the CTV Canadian Crossroads. Located in the heart of the main Conference Centre, the Crossroads is where Canada meets the world. This area showcases Canadian companies and organizations wishing to make international connections, and international companies wishing to do business with Canada. Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a location preference you would be wise to book early!

Hospitality Suites

For those companies and organizations requiring more intimacy, a number of hospitality suites are available on the third floor, directly above the main Conference Centre. These suites are ideal for companies looking for a secluded place, where they can create a corporate identity in which to entertain or meet with clients in a completely private and self-contained environment. Occupants of the suites can make use of the hotels' room service and all suites comprise meeting space and a private bathroom. This space is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
