Full Week Registrations

The Spring Rate: $1,200 (CDN) / $800 (US)
Register by April 30, 2003 and receive a 20% discount on the Full Rate. Includes a daily continental breakfast and the same limited ticket package as the Early Bird Rate. This discounted registration is NON-REFUNDABLE but is TRANSFERABLE until May 16 only, (subject to a $100 CDN handling fee for transfer requests received in writing by May 16).

   

The Full Rate: $1,500 (CDN) / $1,000 (US)
Available up until the Festival and is REFUNDABLE until May 16 only, (subject to a $200 CDN handling fee for written notification received by May 16) or TRANSFERABLE until May 16, (subject to a $100 CDN handling fee for written notification received by May 16). Includes a daily continental breakfast and the same limited ticket package as the Early Bird Rate.

   

The Snow Bird Rate: $900 (CDN) / $600 (US) - No Longer Available
 Register by January 31, 2003 and receive a 40% discount on the Full Rate. This registration gives delegates access to all seminars, screening facilities, the Delegates Lounge and a personal mailbox. It includes a daily continental breakfast and a ticket to the CBC/Radio-Canada Banff Rockie Awards Reception, Banff Rockie Awards Show and Tribute! This specially discounted registration is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, with no exceptions.

The Early Bird Rate: $1,050 (CDN) / $700 (US) - No Longer Available
 Register by March 31, 2003 and receive a 30% discount on the Full Rate. This registration gives delegates access to all seminars, screening facilities, the Delegates Lounge and a personal mailbox. It includes a daily continental breakfast and a ticket to the CBC/Radio-Canada Banff Rockie Awards Reception, Banff Rockie Awards Show and Tribute! This specially discounted registration is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, with no exceptions.

Daily Registrations

The Full Daily Rate: $600 (CDN) / $ 400 (US)
This registration is available prior to and including Festival week and is REFUNDABLE until May 16 only, (subject to a $50 CDN per day handling charge) and TRANSFERABLE until May 16 (subject to a $25 CDN handling charge). Daily registration for Monday includes one ticket to the CBC/Radio-Canada Banff Rockie Awards Reception and Banff Rockie Awards Show. Daily Registration for Tuesday includes one ticket to Tribute! You may purchase one additional ticket to these events. Tickets to all other social events must be purchased separately (maximum of 2 per delegate) for the day you are registered for (or if on Monday, to both Sunday and Monday social events, subject to availability). Social tickets are refundable until May 16.

   

The Hourly Rate: $100 (CDN) / $70 (US)
